By using Creatail you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Creatail provides AI-assisted creative generation for pet product marketing. Output quality may vary; you are responsible for reviewing creatives before publication.
Paid plans and generation packs are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you turn off renewal from your account. When renewal is off, your plan and generations stay until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again unless you resume. One-time packs add generations to your account quota and do not expire.
You retain rights to content you upload. You receive a license to use AI outputs for your business subject to third-party model terms. Creatail retains rights to the platform, brand, and templates.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or issues arising from third-party AI providers or hosting.
